Im Zentrum ihrer Forschung stehen dabei insbesondere vertrags-, kartell- und daten(schutz)rechtliche Fragestellungen, die sich im Kontext der digitalen und datengetriebenen Ökonomie u.a. aus dem Einsatz von Algorithmen und Systemen künstlicher Intelligenz, digitalen Gütern und Dienstleistungen sowie plattformbasierten Geschäftsmodellen ergeben.
